Vivus was initially established as a Microsoft-based consulting firm and value-added reseller. Early in our consulting work we recognized a key fact that all good CIOs already know: the success or failure of an IT project depends upon its people. Simply put, better people make better IT solutions.

We then realized that one of the primary problems technology managers face today is a people related resource problem. They have a difficult time finding, training, and building their technology teams. Worse yet, the staffing and consulting options available to technology managers give them an inadequate level of flexibility—a crucial ingredient to the success of any technology department.

We exist to help solve this resource problem.
