Direct Hire Staffing.
When you decide to take on your IT initiatives internally, you need the best people as quickly as
possible. We provide direct hire and contract-to-hire services that focus on speed, quality, and
long-term results.
Speed. Quality. Long-term Results.
We guarantee that we can staff your technical hires more efficiently than your organization can do
so on its own. How can we make this claim?
- We have invested in technical recruiting systems, methodologies, and processes that
provide us with higher quality results, faster, and with greater consistency.
- We have a vast knowledge of the key technologies you utilize. Our recruiters have a
strong technology background and have technical consultants to draw upon.
- Recruiting is not a revenue producing activity for your managers. The opportunity
costs of time spent recruiting are likely higher than its benefits.
- Your organization does not hire technical recruits on a day-to-day basis. There is a
learning curve involved.
We're on the forefront of that learning curve.- We measure our success by your key ROI metrics such as:
- decreasing turnover rates for new hires
- decreasing cost-per-hire
- decreasing time-to-fill
- increasing new hires performance appraisals
- We guarantee every candidate that we place, so you never lose.
Contract-to-hire Services: Minimize Risk.
Contract-to-hire scenarios are increasingly popular. They are a hybrid of our direct hire and staff
augmentation services, offering our clients a trial basis during which candidates may be assessed.
Much like staff augmentation, clients specify a period of time they wish to contract the candidate,
typically in 3 month increments. After the contract period expires, the client may decide whether or
not to hire the candidate as a full-time employee. This allows the client to save time and money
and also to offset the risk of a poor hire.
We offer no fee contract-to-hire scenarios as well as early buy-out clauses depending on the
needs of each client.
